In Phase One, we’ll explore Boundaries With Self. You’ll discover where you’ve been betraying yourself, and create new rules and habits to live by. Your word with yourself is more important than anything else, so once we break through and develop a new level of self-honoring, we’ll move into the next phase, looking directly at where you spend so much of your time, energy and resources.

Whether you’ve picked up bad habits because of three years of global insanity that you’re ready to release, or you often find yourself going back on your word, together we’ll re-commit to what works in your life NOW and start anew.

Yes, I know you love them. And… that doesn’t mean that you may not have unhealthy dynamics set up, co-dependent vibes, or other leaky energetics happening that are harming you, AND your clients.

We’ll explore what Empowered Support looks like (instead of over-giving), re-align anything that’s gotten a little funky in your Coach/Client relationship world, and create new guidelines for what feels good, honors your needs, and invites your clients to step into their next level of personal responsibility.

Your Work: The watered down way of looking at your boundaries around Your Work, would be about “work/life balance,” but this is SO MUCH more than that cliche. In fact, we’re not even going to talk about that a whole lot.

Instead, we are going to have much more profound conversations on what you’re creating in the world, what you’re charging, and how you’re operating. We’ll explore the hard questions about what you’re still aligned with, and what you may still be holding on to “just because.”

In Phase Two we just might burn down aspects of your business that are no longer serving you, but don’t you worry- the Phoenix always rises.

The World: Sounds like kind of a lot, yeah? The beautiful thing is, once we’ve re-worked your boundaries close to home and heart, it will be so much easier to set boundaries with the world: Your Friends, Family, The Internet, and any other humans you interact with on a regular basis.

In “The World” phase we’ll get to energetically shift the way you deal with:

Haters, Brain-Pickers, Negotiators, Prospective Clients, unsupportive family, the Social Medias, Your Team, or really any other category that you know needs your attention.
